No silly banana tricks or shitposting this time around, that doesn't fit with a serious topic.

Just remember, no matter how bleak things look, you'll find people who are willing to help are closer by than you think. There's always family, colleauges/classmates, bosses/teachers who are willing to lend an ear. And if that isn't enough, there's also trained professionals who can help you out.

And if you see someone near you going through this, it's not that difficult to spend a few minutes to just listen, or to give a hug if the situation calls for it.
