I like the way they look, so I use them all the in place parentheses and post scripts and non sequiturs . I also use them them to hide information that I feel isn't the most appropriate for steamgifts, such as a discussion about my views on life and death and my suicidal thoughts. I guess I would use ##Spoilers with the spoiler tags if I actually talked about spoilers, but I don't consume enough media to do so.

I don't even know off the top of my head how to use spoiler tag...
