Wow... how cool is that? I have to wonder though what it does to the tires, the car fuel consumption, and how do unsuspecting drivers react when they suddenly hear it while their car stereo is off.

It doesn't look like it can damage tires (especially when you are going on recommended speed) and fuel consumption probablly doesn't really change. For what I have seen on videos and images and from what they say in that video, this road is more likely a tourist attraction so I doubt if there are people that doesn't know that road will 'sing'. Still, to be honest, this music sounds a little creepy so a lost tourist going on that route at night., without having a clue, would have a really hard time.
