Checked again to make sure and still the same thing. It looks like they gave you the wrong keys, maybe dlc to the base game.

I'm not sure why it is not working. When I enter the given key, it says:
" Please first activate the original game
The product code you've entered requires ownership of another product before activation.
If you are trying to activate an expansion pack or downloadable content, please first activate the original game, then activate this additional content."
Maybe the keys are region-locked? I'm from SEA btw. But it looks like I'm not the only one facing this problem.

Maybe you should check the keys you sent us. You might have copy-pasted the same one key for all 10 of us.
If that is not the problem then maybe you should contact the person you bought it from and ask if the keys are region-locked. Or ask the seller if he gave you the right keys.

If he gave all of us the same key it would be the duplicate key error and the site he got them from says there are no region restrictions. This error implies that it's dlc content. You should send them a ticket explaining the situation.
