Well, it should... I just bought it from the humble bundle and it was the only one I had (I did not even have the base game). If I recall correctly, they launched it like that in order to support multiplayer without having the base game... Plz, feel free to correct me / complement the information if something is amiss. It actually appears as a DLC, even if you do not own the base game. A little weird, I know, but at least it works... :)
