8th and last Payday 2 DLC Giveaway! Thank you guys, giving away these was really a lot of fun! 2 little things I wanna add because Steamgifts can't see if someone already owns DLC:

1. Don't enter if you already own the DLC, even if you say that you're entering for a friend. It makes it fair for everyone.
