I like because it shamelessly copies the formula from the first film and makes it even cheesier, for some reason I kind of respect it for that. It's more christmassy that 1 because of the snow.
Don't know if I have a specific favorite, but I always enjoy True Lies, the original Die Hard, Transporter is pretty awesome but not sure when that actually came out and too lazy to look it up right now :).
Oooh... the aforementioned Terminator 2 and Fifth Element are awesome and I'll add The Matrix, Indiana Jones series and Aliens to the list. There's probably countless others I can't recall right now..
