This giveaway is for the people that went through the effort to solve the puzzle. I'm giving away additional games to people who meet the criterion for games gifted. I understand not everyone has the means to give, esepcially since I am a student myself. So if you would enjoy this game (FYI it is a great game), by all means join. If it is just going to sit in your library, then I would rather it go to someone who would enjoy it.
Sitting in my library is part of the reason. I have a fairly large library of games in Steam, most of which from Indie Bundles, or impulse purchases on Steam sales. I haven't even started most of the games I own, and don't feel right entering for a game I'm not too interested, nor will probably have the time to play. The other part is just not feeling right about entering private/puzzle giveaways above 20ish points, since I'm for the most part a SGifts leech. (Unlike a lot of users here that enter giveaways blindly and do not even think twice about anything)
I'm not exactly sure. It's a giftable item in my inventory, but I don't know if there's any sort of region restrictions that will keep you from actually playing it. Although chour doesn't have Civ V in his region and I was able to gift it to him fine and he can play without issues. No idea if there's some sort of additional DRM on this though.
