Day 17

Seventeenth lesson learnt: Don't be late.

Okay, I haven't really learnt this this year, but it's been a special year of people around me being late. My friends are the kind of people who show themselves at least 10 min later than the hour of the meeting. Maybe you'd think: "It's not that bad, you can wait. It's only 10 min". Well, it's not the 10 min, it's the fact of having to wait always. I find it disrespectful for the one who waits, to think that 10 more minutes of sleeping, for example, are more worth than 10 minutes of being with the other one, 10 minutes that the other one has wasted being there for you. So don't be late, if you don't do it for the other person, do it in order not to miss anything that can happen in the time you're not there.
I'm talking about people being late on purpose or because a really bad planification in general. Of course, anyone can be late sometime if unexpected things happen
