This copy is bought directly from starbound website via their Pre-Order, includes Soundtrack as well.
Winner will receive a link (to Humble Bundle) and follow instructions there to redeem their key as well as be able to download Soundtrack.
Edit: Also, since this is in Beta stage which means there will be glitches and bugs, if you don't want to experience that I'd like to suggest that you redeem your copy as you would but don't play it until game is finished being developed, but that is only if you don't want to play the game with possible issues.
