Thats about fake giveaways and he isn't calling out anyone specifically. He can be talking about anyone that registered 4 months ago.

Hello, developer at Muse Games making of Guns of Icarus Online.

We recently had a list of beta keys taken from us with incorrect information. These keys are for beta only. The only way to get retail keys is if you pre-order the game through Steam. I hope that no one is mislead and that these are indeed full retail copies of the game and not beta keys that were taken from us.

I recommend not taking these keys just in case. We want everyone to have a smooth experience with our game and while we are working out the kinks with Steam, these giveaways are only exacerbating the confusion.
