I was cleaning out my email and I noticed that I had an unredeemed code for this from the "Duke Nukem's First Access Club". I'll add the winner on Steam and message the code.
I initially used the First Access code from Borderlands GOTY on Steam to gain access to a Duke Nukem Forever demo code. Afterwards, I received an email (on 11 October 2011) saying that the DLC was to be released and that I could claim my DLC code by logging into the First Access Club (which I only did today). You can give it a shot by going here: http://www.dukenukemforever.com/access/ I just clicked on "forgot credentials," or something along those lines, and entered my email address, to which they sent my login details.
