You have a really nice voice-level and tone for noir, almost felt a bit erotic ;) Yes.
I love the story you told. The accent is, as I feared, not a perfect fit for the style, but it is still much better than anything I could produce myself, and definitely better than the alternative of having text-only for the video. It's a contender for sure.

I recommend checking out indiedb or reddit for voice actors as there are plenty offering their services on there - yes even for free or credit. Worth a try.

:D In all fairness, the monologue could potentially be spoken by a female, but the genre style works better with a male.

Well... I have a pretty good microphone but pretty bad voice. If you don't find anyone more suitable I'd help, but won't grab the job for myself if you still have the possibility to find someone better. At least someone who speaks English as their first language.
