Hi, I would like to get some recommendations of games to play similar to my favourite games like Gothic. Mostly I search for games with tags like rpg, simulation, survival. I like when game has crafting system and choices to bend story. On the other hand I hate online games available as multiplayer only and with microtransactions.
I played and tried a lot games, but always nice to get know some more.

Games added to wishlist:
Arcanum
Outcast 1.1

Something little for bothering

I didn't find a lot of games in that setting myself, but worthy mentions include The Witcher 3 (which really fits far more into Gothic picture than you may think at first), Fallout 3+ (if you're into 3D, otherwise all previous fallouts are gold as well, personally I liked only NV), Metro series (except linear and first-person, it really fits everything else, and I liked it a lot, played 2033 and Last Light, both in redux), Tomb Raider series (rise, shadow, tomb raider - linear, but everything else fits), Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales (card game, but with a lot of RPG elements, I loved it myself), Vampyr (choices and RPG elements are strong there, albeit game is more on the linear side, not that much though), and remaining Witcher games (1 & 2).

If you relax theme a little, yakuza series really fits into a lot of the concepts as well, even though it's more of a modern thing and less of fantasy theme. Might not be what you're looking into, but on the RPG side it's really strong and non-linear.

If I was to name just one, definitely Witcher 3.

These are some good games mentioned. Played Witcher 1-3, Vampyr, Fallout 3 and NV, Metro 2033 and Last Light, Tomb raider 2013... ughf, I need get some real life maybe.
Some Yakuza game I let myself from Humble choice, but I really hate anime and jrpg games, so I guess leaving it unfinished won't take long time.

Try Yakuza 0, you might surprise yourself, because it's neither anime nor JRPG. Personally I found it super enjoyable considering it achieves a superior mix of really dark, serious story, with totally awkward and ridiculous side content.

I don't like anime myself, and I'm not a big fan of jrpgs either, but this is one of the few japan-oriented games I really liked.

Maybe Enclave, and the two first Sacred (Sacred 1 and Sacred 2), and also the Two Worlds series

I used to love Gothic too, good old times ;)
I have seen you quite enjoyed Skyrim, so you may want try Oblivion, it's little outdated but still enjoyable and in few aspects superior to Skyrim. Overall I needed 3 times to restart Skyrim to get hooked, Oblivion owned me in the first try :)
Also I truly recommend Kingdom Come, it was my very favorite RPG of past 15 years or so.

I have heard good things about Kenshi, and I see you already have it, but have minimal time in-game. Maybe it didn't suit your taste.

Arcanum is a great game, and there are some unofficial patching and stuff that should be done to get it to run properly on modern systems, even then it might bug out a little, just FYI.

Your best bet is Gothic 1, 2 & 3 with mods.

Other than that:

  • ELEX
  • Risen
  • Elder Scrolls series
  • Outward
  • Kingdoms of Amalur
  • Two Worlds 2
  • Dragon's Dogma
  • The Witcher series

Click4Gameplay on Youtube also likes Gothic and other open world RPGs, and sometimes showcases similar upcoming games.

Saw Arcanum. You might like Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale and Planescape: Torment (and its successor Torment: Tides of Numenera) too.

Maybe Ultima 7 if you want something really old school. I haven't played it myself but it's generally regarded as being the first true open world game.

What do you think of The Elder Scroll series? I think it fits the medieval fantasy rpg, simulation, survival kind of things you described.
And your choice bends the story as well.
