So, Cirno is a day and happens every year at 9/9? Nice then. Happy anniversary. I feel sorry for the poor decapitated heads that were dancing around though. :(

So it seems like today* is the International Cirno Day or ⑨/⑨ for short so let's celebrate it for all the baka ice fairies everywhere.
