if you refer to serious sam and the gap between it getting bundled and being marked as such, and the drop in contributor value this caused people who gifted during that time(got it from humble weekly but gifted before it was added to the list):

$4.40 right now for Humble Weekly, $2 for SS3 DLC, $1 for SSHD2 DLC = $7.40 total. Cheapest was $5.70 in Russia, easily obtainable through a trader - that's one reason why there were so many given away.
It honestly should be on the bundle list. Red Orchestra Franchise was added, same with a couple of other packs, even though not all portions of the packs were bundled.

Well if the winner will receive the cd-keys for each single item of the bundle (+ the extra items that are not included in the humble bundle), then he probably can (should) report the giveaway to the staff, since he didn't received the complete pack, but just the bundle, so probably that giveaway will get the right CV (and his/her total CV will drop)

But the thing is, they do get the CV. It's just 'locked away' and once they've given more games that aren't on a bundle then hey-presto, it unlocks some of it for them.
For example, I've hit my limit for bundle games with CV, but giving non bundle games would raise that limit and give me the full credit for my Medal of Honour, Crysis 2 and Dead Space giveaways, but I knew this would happen before making the giveaways so I don't care.
