I don't get why they would go after Mario. Its pretty clearly a reference to Tanuki, especially with the leaf on his head.
I mean, its a guy in a fur-suit, there is no real sanity behind this.

Here's the game they poorly put together to alert people about Mario's evil doings.
Seriously, what now? Can these guys get more ridiculous? I admit I laughed at this one over how absurdly forced it is.
They could've at least made something about the Turtles being step on. Apparently they would rather have animals killed over having them used.
