Never been suspended.

I've been suspended from the steamgifts chat once when I was new and didn't know it was forbidden to trade.

I got suspended once for about 20 minutes, I mistakenly posted a code for another site and was rightly banned for it. I was unbanned by a super nice moderator because it was my first (and only) offense and I wasn't aware that it was viewed as a referral link.

I got suspended for 2-weeks. 5 days for winning same thing twice, 5 days for regifting, 2 days for necro'ing D:

But I learned my lesson, read the rules, and now I'm back! :D

i was suspended for telling someone how to use a proxy to bypass... well, something...

Haven't yet. And I don't consider that an achievement.

I was suspended for not deleting Playblink invites from old Steamtrades threads after cg gave a warning that it was not allowed. (Hadn't done it after the warning.)

I paid half of the support team with pizza and lasagne so they wont ban me

once for calling out. It was a guy who messed up my puzzle, than added me and wrote funny things, i just took a picture of chat and posted on forum without editing out his picture. i did edit out nick tho.
and once for staff misinterpretation of referral stuff. i created ia thread and asked if someone want gameminer invite. i didn't post any referral stuff, just asked if someone wants it. got suspended for POSTING referral + for creating thread for giving away referrals? i didn't ask anyone to post anything.

Uh, the closest thing to any kind of suspension I got to in years was being kicked from a server for having fun with Carl Gustav in Bad Company 2 not long after it's release. Eventually CG got nerfed because some silly guys just can't stand good ol' fashioned Quake-style mayhem. Playing as close-range recon with sniper rifle and collimator was pretty damn fun too, really effective when working in pair with assault guy. Too bad I can't run the game in 640x480 anymore.
