Legends of Idleon. Just make sure you sign in with your Android google email and not with Steam. (You can still play on Steam).

Idle Champions very recently got cross-progression, but only in Epic Games release.
(well, I suspect you can prod this mechanism to accept Steam accounts too, as I experimented to switch Steam/EGS accounts between Steam/EGS clients in the past)
