Anyone else miss the old steamgifts?

It's a bit overwhelming at first, but after I played with it for a few minutes I really started to like the new features.

I like em both. So I chose that I like this one because there isn't an option for both.

I miss the minimalism of the old one

I just logged in, and I'm gonna be kinda busy till sunday, so it'll take me some time to get used to the new site.

I think it looks really strange, and will take some getting used to.

However the settings are CRAZY difficult to get used to. I have no clue where to find half the stuff. Although I do love the new settings to hide the DLC and ga's above your level!

It's really new, so we can't judge it normally. Some features are lacking (like name of the group in case of group giveaway on the list) while others are plenty - like wishlist or group-filtering. Let's return to this question in 2 weeks, by that time it will be much clearer if the new site is better or not :)

I want to check the message people give (They answer to my message / Reply), because I don't remember all the thread I have visited and at where I write messages

Yes, but that's only because I'm a stubborn bastard and a creature of habit. I don't like change, so I grumble during the time it takes to adjust, then it becomes okay.

I only miss the RSS feed.

I've first read cg's post, so no bad surprises (like: replies? what's the level thing? ... ) when I started looking into the new site. So far so good, I like the new one better: the new features are very welcome, and all the infos I want are easier to spot :)

I kinda like the new site apart from minor things that could have been done differently this is definitely an improvement. when I started using steamtrades I always found the forum to be a big mess, where i would even lose my own posts if no one replied. the new site is way more user friendly, although I miss the "Replies" button, which was handy in the old forums and still would be handy now if you ask me.

I miss the add-on, mainly to make the forum more compact and see which threads I've read have new replies (and find them).

Oh, and I thought SGv2 was supposed to be faster.
