I believe this is permanent. It was announced October 30th.
Under the about the game section this is what is stated - "If you purchase this version of Agony, you will get a FREE uncensored and much better-rated version of the game - Agony UNRATED."
Unfortunately like with a good amount of games the Winter Sale isn't as good as the last sale. This is only 40% off compared to the last sale at 60% off.

Unless I'm not remembering correctly, it seems to me that today's discount is better in value than the previous one, because the base price has dropped widely in the meantime. I can be wrong of course, I'm not famous for having a very good memory :-)

You can buy the normal Agony which is discounted right now (-60%) and get the UNRATED version for free (well, at least for now), instead of buying the UNRATED alone, which isn't discounted, nor it contains the old game.
