Exiled Kingdoms - Looks interesting, but I wouldn't be surprised if it would be another OMG it's looooong open world game that will stuck in the backlog

True, it's hard to find the "Deluxe" GOTY edition of Oblivion for cheap.
It's silly that there's a deluxe version of it to begin with.

I don't think so unfortunately, you'd have to rebuy the game. I know Prime gaming gave away a GOG copy of GOTY Deluxe, if you were able to grab a copy.
For what it's worth, the 'extra' DLC is mostly just a few houses, a long challenging quest for a weapon, horse armor, and magic tomes being dropped as loot. None of it's as crazy as Shivering Isle and Knights of the Nine, which you do get with regular GOTY.

Yeah this is still happening. I contacted their support but I'm not expecting much to be done right now since it's the weekend.
EDIT: Support said the error is because it's out of stock and to try ordering again in 48 hours, meaning they might restock it on Monday but they don't know for sure
