Why do you generalize the whole forum with this? I am 100% agree that trading shouldn't be allowed, however on the deals subforum category, logical exception could be done. This could save tons of time for the forum members and make connections between people easier.

Any and all small exceptions will lead into tons of "why is that allowed but not this". So it's much easier to just post trades where they belong on trading sites.

It's just the one, which is relevant.
One the trading site i need to waste time to finding the game i am looking for, then checking games list. Then waiting many hours for the guy to response (or he might even not, because he thinks like he is a superstar or something).

While here on deals page, you just marking the specific games from the bundle, that you are looking for. And people already here for you. Smooth and easy.

If you aren't close to trade games, you will not realise the simplicity and conveniency of this exception.

One thing is relevant to you, another thing is relevant for someone else. So why should your irrelevant need for this to become a trading forum be any more relevant to anyone else than for example someone thinking dickpics are very relevant to this forum?

Really simple solution was and still is just buying the $1 bundle yourself and giving the extra away. Works with no hassle for me every time without needing to bother others with trading.

Then those others can use any of the several trading sites to trade games. Not a forum for a site that's meant for giving away games. Problem solved for them too. Just because someone is too lazy to not do that doesn't mean there should be random irrelevant exceptions here for dickpics since new Steam chat is meant for that. Stop thinking only about your own needs and you'll realize why the rules are so.

Every deal thread would have 1000 people asking to trade away the same rebundled games. How do you imagine this helps anyone? You are still focusing on your "It's just me with 1 post" illusion and not thinking at all what will happen in reality. Then we would have the added drama of scammed people crying about it and all sorts of extra crap. None of which has anything to do with discussing the contents of the bundle, just adding extra spam 70% (in your example) doesn't want to see and extra work for support that's totally unrelated to SteamGIFTS. Why is it so hard to just use the trading sites, couple extra clicks and not getting disabled for it. There are 2 sites, 1 for gifting, 1 for trading, just use the right one and everyone will be much happier. Or should SteamTRADES also allow giving away stuff to get CV since it's extra work to first trade a game from there and then come here to give it away.

Or maybe because I have traded thousands of games I actually know better than you how it works. You're the one who really doesn't understand how SG works like you said. I'm not arguing about anything, I'm telling you the facts why the rules are the way they are. If you finally get it, fine. If not, go make the poll and see how others feel instead of trying to claim you're the only one in the world who has ever traded a game.

These are the glorified Fanatical Dollar bundles that presumably are taking over CV farming from Humble software bundles. Not the more expensive Fanatical Killer, Nemesis etc bundles.
