Overpriced to entice people to spend their Johnny Anti-matter coins. Aside from Assault Squad 2 I think all of the other games have been in really cheap bundles or store packages (most notably on Indie Gala before they redesigned their store).

That certainly depends where you come from. Men of War : Assault Squad 2 - Complete Edition (tier 2) cheapest price according to itad is this: Historical Lowest Price: $9.63 at IndieGala Store on Fri Feb 12 2016
And that's only tier 2, so if you count the other games from tier 1 in, it's most definitely not cheaper than steam sale! Unless you of course live elsewhere than US/EU and such.

Hmmmmm..... I could actually use one of my coins for this... Since I'm missing the 2nd tier (1 game + 3 dlc's).

I just calculated it twice, and retail ends up being: $103.86 and not $103.77. I guess he made a type error.
So CV: 15.579
IF tier 2 will get on the bundle list too..

It shouldn't. But Penarium got bundled due to a $10 single-tier Bundle Stars bundle with retail value of just $90 (89% discount), which is clearly not correct..
