Repentant looks interesting and I loved the free Disturbed game - having more of it in a cheap (yay, groupbuys) bundle is awesome.
Helping Hand looks a quirky, interesting experience, not really a game. Full price looks ridiculous for the content, but in a bundle looks good.
Little hidden city looks like a worse Hidden Folks, but good in bundle, hopefully some issues got fixed.
Light Fantastik - ummm... idk. Can't really decide on the store + desc, but looks potentially good.
Considering everything, this is a pretty good IG bundle. Not outstanding like the Adventure bundle, Daedalic ones or such were, but not a single "greenlight-trash" or obvious assetflip. I would love to see similar quality bundles every week or two.

I see the price as $3.99 for tier 2
