Most of its DLCs has a China only version. Maybe you got one of those.

For the ROW sub, there are no restrictions in regards to redemption and region locks.
There is indeed a China-only package but that should have been assigned to you only if your Humble Bundle region is set to China.
In my opinion, there's some sort of mistake and you should write a ticket asking for a replacement key - a ROW key just like everyone else receives.

I highly recommend The Darkside Detective. Mutazione is on my wishlist. I love a good rhythm game so The Metronomicon is probably right up my alley. I think it is worth it for me.

Mutazione looks interesting, but it was already free on Epic. Already finished & loved The Darkside Detective. I own the Metronomicon (with no DLC, so far unplayed), the DLCs look like they are extra, and they are super cheap.
The Crow's Eye looks pretty okay, maybe I would pick it up for a buck, there is no urgency.
Not a bad bundle, but there is no incentive for me to buy it.

It's a pretty good game but the story is pretty much left hanging at the end so I think you might be better off buying both games as a set on Steam when it's on sale.

I loved the game but felt cheated by the end. There is a "resolution" to the case but you're left with more questions than answers and a big cliffhanger. I'm definitely picking up the second game on sale but I'll check for comments first lol

In Hungary. All other DLC keys worked. Is there any region lock on it?

Yeah, contact support. I got a refund for "paying the wrong amount" when I forgot to set my sliders. As long as you didn't reveal anything you should be good.
