Go here, see if anyone is taking reservations for whatever Indie Gala Bundle youre interested in apart from the Monday ones. Alternatively, find a group of friends who would all like the bundle and want to save money.

The persaon organising it buys the bundle for full price when the bundle first comes out. When happy hour is on at IG, the same person will buy more, clicking the "is it a gift" option and they then get extra free bundles. The total cost is split between everyone taking part.

You pay the person buying the bundles, usually through Paypal but sometimes tradeable items are accepted too. They send you a gift link to 1 full bundle (or more if you asked for more).

It's been ages since I've done it, but you can get the bundle for about $1, something like that if you do it that way.
