[SKIP] The bundle is raw! Now unfortunately I can't afford to f*** off and die right now, and I don't want to catch salmonella in f***ing Derby. Put that straight in the bin.

[TIER 1] Step 1: Get friends. Step 2: Get some games to play with friends. At least now my checklist is halfway done.
[TIER 2] I've heard that the Noir genre is greatly enhanced by the addition of some tails
[TIER 3] I hear the Call of the Sea to head to Bad North once again, despite the pouring (Kathy) Rain
[TIER 4] I mean let's face it, we're only here for Kathy Rain 2 right?

I don't have much experience checking regional restrictions, sorry if this is a dumb question. If I buy this bundle and want to give away some of the games, it's very likely that those that apear in this list as region restricted I probably would only be able to giveaway in my region too (which is Brazil, so it falls under the Latin American region). So it's safer just do region restricted giveaways, is that correct?

Yes. When you buy the bundle and go to the page with the keys, you can click on the gift button and it'll tell you if the keys are locked to specific countries before actually creating the gift.

Looking at some subs there's a good chance most of these will only work south of Mexico.

Thank you! I didn't know it was possible to see the restrictions on the website itself, it helped me a lot. I bought it and saw that in my case they are restricted to Latin America (AR BO BR BS BZ CL CO CR EC GF GT GY HN NI PA PE PY SR SV UY VE) except Regions of Ruin and Tails Noir.

Those restrictions are usually correct, but sometimes they're wrong. So it's a good idea to double check with SteamDB to see if there's a sub that has those same limitations.

At some point after the bundle released (during its first 3 days), they swapped the sub for Friends vs Friends: Deluxe Edition from https://steamdb.info/sub/917902/apps to https://steamdb.info/sub/1482124/apps/.
Since you bought the bundle at launch and you got the old sub, can you check if your key was replaced with a new key, or is it the same?

I dunno how the pricing of that bundle split was but Its a top tier for a reason. You cant really price the games in tier 4 based on the difference from tier 3. Nobody is paying 2$ each for the tier 1 games.

Kathy Rain 2 is 25% of the total bundle value and you have to pay $12 to get it so $3 is about right, a smidge more after tax. You could always buy it on the aftermarket for checks notes $13.

Isn't it the same thing but with a different name? I also got sub/1482124 and noticed the difference with what AdJ reported in his comment, but I assumed those three DLCs were the same as the "premium" content.

It's not really clear what the "premium" content is/was.

Only my 3rd bundle from Humble this year, but might be my favorite given the number of games I wanted, and my only one this winter: Pizza Possum, Tails Noir + Preludes, Sable, Kathy Rain 1 + 2, American Arcadia.

The list of region locks at the Steam package level, and not just the gift link, really sucks for trying to gift the ones I'm not going to play. Not sure if I should blame the publisher, or I wonder if such restrictions were incited by the fact that the games would be bundled?

I'll be waiting for the Steam sales for games that I really want...

Pretty sure that thread's for Humble's stealth updates to expiration rather than a comprehensive list of all expiration dates. This bundle, for example, isn't in that list because the expiration date it was sold with hasn't changed.
