Based on current inormation it will be a special page where you just go to claim this game. Most likely it won't work like they planned (like Watch_Dogs 2 recently).

i just downloaded for the 1st time their launcher and discovered that I have Arena and Daggerfall.

I remember they long time ago going there to get them when they made them available for free. Don't know if it's just a permanent thing. I think you can also get them on GOG if you buy other Bethesda games there.

There was no info in twitch nor the client. It's just in my libary (you need to click on the two little arrows and scroll down to quake to check if you have it)
