I assume i need the fifth strip of paper to get all the stuff together to idk, uncode it or something but how do i calm this damn bird, just let me face the bird, couple scratches and prob lots of blood loss? easy that's nothing, at the very least i wouldnt think a mercenary would care about a bird or not be able to tank the damage until getting the paper

The strips of paper dont make sense to me, are they horizontal strips of paper? are they vertical? does that even matter? were they originally one paper and got cut? does that matter? maybe i'm just getting hung on details that don't matter at all hm, i just have no idea. I have seen the hint that you gave to some others but I don't see how that helps.

EDIT: Alright nevermind i solved it, i guess that hint can in fact be useful, i guess i just thought about the wrong thing.

I'm having a hard time with the kitchen puzzle, I've seen the zelgh guide several times, I've tried most of the methods and I've had no luck.

Bump for solved, and this time I haven't been struggling until the last day!
(now I have to find out how to put emotes in these comments... but that's a quest for another day)

Still struggling with the code. Know the cipher, it just isn't working.

Man, 3/5 so far. I'm at the stone in the pocket, and I've decoded the instructions, but I have no idea what to actually put in.

This chapter is hard for me. Found 2 GAs but can't answer sections 2, 3, and 4. All I know is 3 is required to proceed to 4 and mage and staff . I haven't found anything else. Will try to come again to solve this next time.
