its happened to me before. they gave me a new key within a day or so quick and fast. so no problems

Got a reply:
"Hi - I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with your Chicken Invaders 2 key - I have just checked your key and can see that it's a duplicate.
We are speaking with the licensors of this title and have requested a new key for you. Once we receive this it will get applied to your account and we will email you.
I'm hopeful that this will all get resolved in the next 5 days."

I just bought a 5 games bundle.
Chicken invaders 2 is added again to the available bundle games and that game activated without problems to my Steam account.
