Just the base game, for both. (99 Spirits come in 2 separate games, EN and JP versions)

It looks like 99 Spirits is the standard edition and not the special edition. ( Seems so at least unless the music and so forth was placed somewhere I do not know of.. checked the folder the game is in. )

This is the same for Human tanks. Seems to be standard. Could be wrong however. For me it was a good bundle regardless since I only had Vanguard Princess :P ( Picked it up before it was greenlit, and they kept their promises to give those who bought it before a steamkey once it was put on steam :D )

I only picked up 1 bundle. Every key I used worked, and so far the ones gifted have as well. ( Will find out soon-ish on one of the gifts )

If you bought them as 2 separate transactions you need to select the second one as a gift. If you don't they just class it as you increasing your payment for the first one you bought. They have that system in place so that people who didn't beat the average can change their mind, increase their payment and get the higher tier at a later time.

I've made this mistake before. If this is what you did then see if you can contact them, telling them you mistakenly didn't put it as a gift. They might sort you out with another set of keys.

If you did it in one transaction, again you need to check that it's a gift otherwise you'll just get one bundle no matter how much you pay.

Yes you can giveaway them, there is a gift option for Steam games, but is not possible to make Desura giveaways, for that go to GalaGiveaways.
