Indie Royale (I think...) did something similar with their Gamer Girl (or whatever it was called) bundle. They pick someone internet famous to pick the games to draw in fans of the person who trust their judgement and would buy a game that they normally wouldn't based on that person's recommendation alone.

The video makes me want to punch him in the face.

Still, it's for a good cause...

Edit: seriously though, Thomas Was Alone is absolutely one of my all-time favorites. It's a cutesy platformer/puzzle game with a charming narrative.

Why does everyone hate PewDiePie? I don't see whats wrong with him. :l (Also, the website is going down with all the purchases)

I don't know why so many people hate on him. I used to watch him sometimes, and got tired of his videos eventually (commented gameplays in general to be honest), but at least he seems really honest and good person, and not a greedy bastard.

I would understand people not liking him, but envy is the only reason I can see for hating him.

Only reason I prefer any EU country over the USA is, people don't BRO all the time, for no reason, and act like they are cool, instead of garbage :)

Let me preface this with saying I don't watch any of his content and never will simply because I dislike his online voice and personality… and it's okay. Everyone has the right to respectfully dislike people.

I do think that this was a brilliant thing for him to do, joining up with Humble and those game developers the amount charity:water now gets will be considerable. It's one worth while charity if there ever was one.

Will be buying it myself, some good games there. I already have Amnesia, but I will be contributing as much as my bank account permits.

If you like the games and want to support the charity just buy it. It's not like pewdiepie gets any cut from this Pie :>
