Dungeon Siege - US$0.97
Dungeon Siege II - US$0.97
Dungeon Siege collection (with DSIII + Expansion) - US2.99 or <$1 each.
YMMV but the triple pack is worth every cent, even if DS3 is so-so.

So far I'm enjoying it. Even on easy difficulty it's a bit hard.

Good game, somehow I put in 47 hours into it over a long period of time!

Too bad that the game didn't do well sales-wise though, so a sequel is not happening anytime soon.

for people who like clicker/idle games, this is decent for its price on sale and you can finish it in one sitting/day
https://store.steampowered.com/app/758500/Loot_Box_Quest/

this is in early access but so far it has positive reviews and it looks amazing! haven't had the time to play it yet but it might be a good investment as it's supposedly going up in price once it exits ea
https://store.steampowered.com/app/919330/Ghost_in_the_pool/

not sure what the price for the bundle is cause i already have the first one, but even separately they're 1 eur each, a find-clues-in-the-phone kind of game that i personally like, worth it for the price, haven't played the sequel yet but i'd expect similar quality
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/5751/Lost_Phone_Stories/

speaking of find-clues-in-the-phone games, it might get bundled again but i'd say it's still worth this price tag. if you don't know much about simulacra, it's kind of a casual kind of horror game, it's better you jump into it without knowing too much
https://store.steampowered.com/app/712730/SIMULACRA/

my personal favorite in its genre, don't get discouraged by the negative reviews, you can still use your personal library but you might have to reinstall the game once a year (no progress lost though, just a small inconvenience, the game's not that big)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/351990/Riff_Racer__Race_Your_Music/

an even cheaper clicker game, it's honestly done quite well for its price and it's more on the "active" side of the clicker game spectrum, and again, you can finish it in one sitting - i have just a bit under an hour on it
https://store.steampowered.com/app/699180/Humanpowered_spacecraft/

again, another one for the casual gamers, i love this series to death, it's always easy to just jump back in no matter how much time has passed. it's the most well balanced and straight-forward out of all the similar series i personally know of. games 1 through 8 are all 1.49 eur in my region
https://store.steampowered.com/app/342580/12_Labours_of_Hercules/

i'm not quite sure how to explain this one if you don't know about it, the most similar game i can think of is Plantera. a kind of farming game where you have to fill orders for clients, has a cool little story behind it all, and you grow organs on trees instead of fruit. it has a unique visual style that'll grow on you quite quickly. just be warned that unlike a lot of games that are somewhat similar to this, you will never get an auto-picking upgrade or anything similar, you'll have to play this actively the whole time
https://store.steampowered.com/app/363980/Forget_Me_Not_My_Organic_Garden/

speaking of Plantera, apparently it's also on sale and Plantera 2 should be out this year as well :) it's a cute little farming game, i find it very relaxing to play
https://store.steampowered.com/app/421040/Plantera/

the first part of this game is free on steam, might make a little more sense to buy this after playing that (but they're both rather short so it won't take long)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/523780/Emily_is_Away_Too/

if you're into puzzles and you don't have this yet, definitely get it. i find it a lot more fun than usual puzzles because of the style this has. i love listening to creepy stories or educational videos on youtube while doing these :)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/511470/Glass_Masquerade/

edit: sequel's on sale too!
https://store.steampowered.com/app/935880/Glass_Masquerade_2_Illusions/

again, this has been bundled before in rather low tiers but i haven't seen it bundled in a long time now so unless you're trading for it you might not be able to find it for much cheaper. it's one of those go-in-blind type of games, i haven't found anything quite like this ever since i played it
https://store.steampowered.com/app/405640/Pony_Island/

one of the absolutely most fun simple games ever, great to play in small bursts until you finish it
https://store.steampowered.com/app/264200/One_Finger_Death_Punch/

and the sequel's on sale too!
https://store.steampowered.com/app/980300/One_Finger_Death_Punch_2/

always worth it for .99 eur but you'll probably find it on sale at this price every few months
https://store.steampowered.com/app/322170/Geometry_Dash/?snr=1_7_15__13

hope this was useful, just a few of my personal favorites

+1 for Glass Masquerade! Though you kinda need the dlc's to make the game feel complete. But it's still pretty good despite some of the bugs and glitches!

I assume the need to reinstall Riff Racer has to do with that bug that prevents you from starting the game, there's actually a simple workaround to fix the problem. I can't remember exactly what it was but I found it in the forums the two times I needed it, it had something to do with deleting some file somewhere that got corrupted.
Great game BTW, the last achievement is a pain tho, too much grinding.

it prevents the game from connecting to server, which then doesn't let you play new songs and play against ghosts, but yeah, one of the solutions is to delete some file but i couldn't be bothered to look for it :p

Well... It's not under $1, and I don't know if it counts as a full game.
But Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, that little teaser game for Phantom Pain is only $1.99 at 90% off.

But.... Deus Ex's genre is cyberpunk :(, in fact, Deus Ex (if i'm not wrong) was the very first cyberpunk-themed videogame. So goooood

Deus Ex is... Deus Ex. One of a kind.

You may be surprised, but I was playing Neuromancer on my C64 the other day. Yes, I have one of those.

But can be emulated rather easy. It is very interesting.

One can also just play the pc version (with dosbox) i think it was better, there are differences with each version.
And damn why isn't this on gog/steam yet...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9r7VRNUyR8 (pc)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tNMdbq_Z7w (amiga has best graphics)

I always thought an online kinda of version would have made a great game.
There was some minor work done on a graphical remake, but that got abandoned (and all screenshots disappeared).
And then there is this.

There was a Beneath a Steel Sky, and Bladerunner years before Deus Ex, likely there were other cyberpunk games (including the previously mentioned Neuromancer)

I hated Dex with a passion in my first 2-3 hours, but then accepting the fact that melee is OP and that you need to fight defensively it turned manageable. Then after the weakish start, when the game opened up - there were so many cool quests and stories. Also loved it that if you upgraded your legs/jump enough you could just hop from balcony to balcony in the hotel, so you did not need to use the elevator :D
