Worst Bugs you had

That bug in Skyrim with the flicking horse climbing the mountain was horrible. It's the worst game in the series imo.

Gran Turismo 5 has some laughable bugs as well, the Fiat Cinquecento that hasn't enough horse power to raise the road.

In last week i got killed 2x by elevator in Borderlands...
I haved too many worst bugs to tell it.

New Vegas... constant crashing all the time.

I've fallen through floors and walls on numerous occasions.

Grim Fandango on newer OS, namely Win7. Sound constantly off, several characters spawning/despawning out of nowhere... it becomes unplayable.

Gothic 1 - after 30 hours of game, last chapter, i got stuck in some cage, and i wasn't able to get out because script didn't work. Then i saved game instead of loading it. After that i wasn't able to finish the game even with teleportation cheats.

Oh I just thought of a bug I had, In The Witcher 2 I had a bug that made enemies hp bars invisible and made me unable to target them. When I contacted support I had to send my save file. They looked at it and it was fine for them. They told me they couldn't helpt me. :(
Thus I never got past chapter 1.
