I believe it's a sales tax thing? Happened to me with IG bundles some time ago too. Like how in the US they don't add tax till you get to the register (and they do the same for everyone else too)? Just a guess though. If I'm wrong ignore me XD
Only other thing coming to mind is using a payment option that warrants fees. Paypal usually does but most sites take care of the fees on their end.

Lol... Calling this a MEGA bundle is a bad joke imho. Sure, it is 16 games in total, but it's only 4 items as far as I'm concerned. The hell is happening with the bundle sites these past days, the bundles are either ridiculously overpriced or shit like this. I think the people are going fucking crazy in their quarantines (that applies to Humble Bundle as well).
