[Free] The Frostrune [Ended]

Ugh, spotted this from the corner of my eye while at work, only saw the URL and falsely assumed it was for prime members only. Now I finally had time to look closer but of course now it's over, it's on my wishlist too ... :/

Edit: Well if it was an error and supposed to be only for prime members, then I don't really mind missing it, I guess. My backlog is way bigger than my gaming time, anyway ;>

In theory they could yeah, depends on their mercy they could say "our fault, we screwed up, but people can keep their keys" or "our fault, we screwed up and we want our keys back".

Considering I'm still a prime member even though I stopped paying years ago, I doubt their ability to figure out who got what. They might not even notice that non prime members got keys.

I would close it since it ended and avoid confusion, but want to know more about if it was indeed a mistake from IGN or not and ifso what they would do with it.

I missed it so either way it won't affect me. But, in my opinion, it would be silly for them to revoke the keys due to their error and I don't think they'll risk it. Also I doubt they'll acknowledge any error at all. After all, they ended up with many new user accounts after this giveaway and possible future customers so it's no loss for them at all.
