Do you enjoy a spot of Marmalade?

[SKIP] I'm a psychopath who enjoys Vegemite exclusively
[TOO EXPENSIVE] I prefer my Marmalade mass produced and cheap
[OWN] I've already rolled the dice on these ones and added them to my collection
[TIER 1] In THE GAME OF LIFE, do you ever feel like you're too tough? Like everyone is afraid of you? But also, like you could singlehandedly turn the tide of a battle? Then it's possible that you are, in fact, a BATTLESHIP
[TIER 2] Do you know what would really ruin your Beach Day? Here's a clue... Exploding Kittens!
[TIER 3] I wonder if Rowan Atkinson shows up in the Black Adder Resort Expansion? If so I'm getting my Ticket To Ride for sure!
[GROUP BUY] I'm finding some friends to share my Mamalade with and we can all be Board together

I was excited for this but then I remembered that Battleships and Cluedo need to be played on two machines so guessing two copies?

I was looking at this bundle to play with my family so I've been looking into this a bit:

Both Cluedo games apparently use a free mobile companion app for local play (since you need to keep cards and clue sheets hidden from each other).

Battleships doesn't have local play so yes, you would need two copies. Apparently there is cross-play between Steam and Mobile which would be more feasible for me personally.

If you're curious about the others: both Game of Life games and Ticket to Ride use a Pass & Play system so local players pass the keyboard / controller. Then Exploding Kittens is online only so same story as Battleships with mobile cross-play supported.

EDIT: just after I replied I spotted on the Ticket to Ride store page that they also have a free mobile companion app which makes sense since your train cards and tickets should be secret.

Thanks that makes it 100% a no for me then - I hate having to have apps for everything - I don't want to have my phone/tablet (which I don't own anyway) full of apps for games I'd only play once in a while - and I already game of life 1 and 2

No problem. Can appreciate that. Sadly I can't really get rid of my smartphone (as much as I would like to) so a couple more apps won't hurt :)

Wanted to add that Exploding Kittens 2 for Steam doesn't have local co-op either (only the Amazon Luna Cloud version has local co-op according to a Steam forum post answer by the devs).
