I never really found out where I can clearly see any region restrictions with the help of those subs. I always click frantically on everything on the left side of SteamDB, check packages and depots, but I always have a hard time finding the correct site with the region info.
Could you please explain it to me as if I was five years old, how to find the region info after following one of the above links? Thanks in advance.

For Fanatical: They have region check for each game, so it should help with the current restrictions.
For Humble: Sometimes their gift notifications doesn't match restrictions for the key (i.e. gift notification stated that key will be restricted to specific countries, but in fact they give key which is can be activated anywhere)
That is why posting subs (subs for keys that were activated) usually helps: I.e. EU key activated as https://steamdb.info/sub/754040/, so on the page you can see where key from EU will be activated (in other countries key cannot be activated), and you can create GA for this game. If you don't see "Known restrictions" - the key can be activated anywhere.
Without posts with subs, there is no way to know if the key has some restrictions or not (If you'll try to activate it on your account, the key can be activated :) )
For example:
Before creating GA for one of the games, I've checked the sub, saw that there are no restrictions, and I've created GA without restrictions :) For another game - I saw that key has some restrictions, and I've created GA with some regional restrictions.

I am afraid due to the language barrier we are not quite on the same page with what I wanted to know, but your answer helped nevertheless :) Thank you.
I now know that I have to look under "Metadata" and if under "Metadata" there are no restrictions, I can safely assume that there are none. For example, https://steamdb.info/sub/408200/info/ lists no restrictions, so the key should be ROW, but cross-region gifting is disabled, which is irrelevant for keys.

I also always have some trouble understanding region restrictions.
One thing I didnt discovered yet is how to find out the sub of a key I bought. Is it something that can be done only after activating the key? If so, how do I do that? I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me. I tried a method I found in an old thread, but I must be doing something wrong because it didn't work...

I use the SteamDB extension on pc (steamdb page has links for multiple browsers and it seems to be for mobile too).
I use PC on chrome and once the extension is installed you go to the steam key activation page and when you enter a key, on top of the key box will be a yellow box that takes you to the steamdb page for the key (right next to option to "Install" the game). You can see if it works by using a key you've already used as it still shows the steamdb page in that yellow box under the notice that you already own the game.

how to find out the sub of a key I bought
Only forums (like SG) can help with this. Or if you're 100% sure that you have the game (and the game doen't have multiple subs), you can try to activate the key on your account and SteamDB extension will show the sub for the game (thanks to FallenDream). But you need to be careful - I think, that I activated key for the game that I already had once (it was different sub, and this allows to activate the key even if you already have the game) - so usually I don't touch (try to activate) keys for the games I already own (I have RaChart script in Tampermonkey that shows which games I have, or you can always check bundle's contents on barter.vg (check the games you own) - information about the bundle will be there with the small delay - thanks to Lilly and guys who maintaining the site).
If you don't want to bother with finding correct regions - you can always use information provided by Humble, Fanatical (I saw some script on SG that shows region restrictions for the specific game from Fanatical).

I tried several times to use the SteamDB extention has mentioned by FallenDream in the activation page for my language/country and it wasnt working. Only when I tried one specific page (https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey) it worked and was able to find the sub for my keys. I only tried with keys I'm 100% sure was the ones I activated previously.
Sometimes I want to buy games on sale for myself and also to make giveaways, and it was difficult to find accurate information about region restrictions, so this helped me a lot :)

As far as I know, purchasing on Steam is a bit different from the key gifting.
I.e. https://store.steampowered.com/app/2358720/Black_Myth_Wukong/ has https://steamdb.info/sub/847489/info/ (extension shows that on Steam page) So, you'll be not able to send a gift to user from the different region, but it'll work with your home region gifting
If you'll have a key - this will work https://steamdb.info/app/2358720/subs/ - depends on your key, region can be locked. i.e. you've purchased a key from the GMG for yourself (after a key will be activated, you'll know a sub), you can gift the same key here and set restrictions to countries which you already know :) )

When I say I like to buy the games on sale, I'm referring especially to stores that sell keys, since I didn't know how to check the regional restrictions of games given directly through Steam. So you ended up answering another question I had :)

I stopped buying from Fanatical because of how expensive it is in the UK compared to the USA ($17.99 should be £13.24), but I'll make an exception for this one as it's for charity and I want to play Easy Delivery Co.

I think that only partly covers it though. Sales tax (VAT) in the UK is 20%. If we assume $17.99 is the rate with zero sales tax, that should make it $21.59 in the UK, but it's actually the equivalent of $24.49.

I see the same thing going on in shops here in Ireland. I sometimes go shopping across the border in Newry, like a lot of people. You pay in Sterling up north, then it's £50. But if you pay in euro, it's €85. Or, something crazy like that. The tax difference is not that much. And the item should be under €60 even when accounting for tax.

I did think about that but it's specifically disallowed in their terms and conditions and I would be worried about having my keys revoked. Plus it would look a bit suspicious and may get flagged as all my previous purchases had been in GBP.
For this one I consider the difference a charity donation (as I believe 100% of the proceeds go to charity?) and I'm ok with that.

I have used a VPN a lot of times (where I live and my Steam region are different) and no worries. They wouldn't revoke keys like that.

Way too many rebundles compared to last year's bundle, imo. Between that and the ones I already own, I'm afraid it's not really worth the every expanding price tag (the dollar is in the toilets but somehow the euro price keeps creeping up) for the 2 games I had wishlisted in there.

Initially I was a bit disappointed because the only wishlisted game is Peak. And I'm not even much into co-op.
But after I explored the titles I discovered enough to justify a purchase, besides the charity aspect. Can't hurt to add some cozy things for a good cause.
