That's a really good price for the Sam&Max season

Instant buy for me. I normally ignore Indie Royale and I also try not to buy games these days since I'm unlikely to play them, so I ignored this subject. Luckily I decided to read the mail I got from them, and the Sam & Max season made me go and put my $5 on the table, without even checking out the other games. After I bought it I saw that MacGuffin's Curse is there, which made it doubly awesome (or brawsome). I've yet to look up the other games.
I still will only add these to my backlog, but they're great additions to it.
Edit: It's a pity that Indie Royale doesn't allow giving away separate keys, because I'm not that interested in the rest of the games.

How are you sure they are doing this? Maybe they are giving away duplicate keys or maybe they bought 2 bundles in order to give away one of them.

At least one of them explicitly said this ("used Desura, giving away Steam"), so unless you're suggesting he lied in order to make himself look like a pirate, I see no other explanation. Yet another showed screenshots of his Indie Royale keys/download page, and if I remember correctly, there was a DRM-free download link.

Well, that largely depends on whether one counts "piracy" as "abuse", and whether one counts "breaking the TOS the buyer accepted" as "abuse".

Piracy would of course be a more serious violation I would imagine. I'm sure the bundle sites prefer a bundle broken up than stolen.
Also, I no longer break up bundles. I did in the first week or two of joining but now give out full bundle URL gifts when I do a bundle giveaway.

Sam and Max + Home is worth way more than the asking price, the rest is just a bonus. Bought.

I wasn't sure whether to go for this or not, but in the end I decided to get it. Home was actually the only game I was really interested in here at first, but when I saw that Pathologic was by the same group that did The Void (which I wanted and got before but haven't played yet), I figured I'd go for it.
