Whitelist Network Initiative

Goals:

1. To find and whitelist people who have won less than 25 games on SG.
   If you fit the bill leave a message here in which you ask to be added. (Example: Add me to the network, thanks! OR Add me to whitelist, thanks!)
2. To filter out people who won 25 or more games on SG.
3. To spread this idea and involve as many people as possible.

Rules:

These apply only to the network participants and must be self-maintained.
You are considered to be a participant if you had asked to be added and have less than 25 games won on SG.

1. Whitelist people who will leave a message here in which they ask to be added, provided they have won less than 25 games on SG.
2. Remove from your whitelist people who already had won 25 or more games on SG. (If you really don't want to remove some friends, that is fine).
3. Use your whitelist to giveaway your games. (Can be extended to groups if you are part of some).
4. When you hit 25 games won on SG notify the network by leaving a message in this thread.

Notes:

1. I am the initiator and supporter, i do not need to be added to your whitelist. But you can do it if you want to.
2. If you already have 25 or more games won on SG but you like this idea then feel free to adopt it and add people who asked for it to your whitelist.
   Only the ones with less than 25 wins on SG though.
   This way you can be considered a supporter. I'm sure the network will be grateful for your support, just like i am.
3. By kick-starting this idea i also act as a shield against random blacklists for supporters.
   They will fly at me instead. ^^) So, you can be completely anonymous and support from the shadows, all cool ninja-like :P
4. Sometimes i will edit this message to refine it here and there as i go, so feel free to re-read it from time to time.
   But at this point this thread and the network can function even without me here, all depends on you people. ^^)
5. Won't mind if you bump the thread. (You can also leave links to your whitelist giveaways right here, in this thread).
6. Don't forget to thank the gifter when you win something. Basic manners you know. ^^)
7. You get Contributor Level exp for whitelist giveaways as well, just like you do when you make public ones.
8. Only people in your WL list can view your WL giveaways, they are hidden otherwise.

Example:

I have decided to add an example to illustrate one of the ways this lil' experiment of mine can play out.
To start with i shall mention that i removed from my whitelist everyone who had above 25 games won on SG. (I hope they aren't pissed hehe) ^^)
Right now there are 50+ people in it.
Let's say now that these 50 people also added everyone who won less than 25 games on SG to their own whitelist. Just like i asked.
Let's assume now that all these people gamble on lootboy and can get 100 diamonds per 1-2 weeks which most of the time translates into one steam game. Now, if they dislike the game they got they can use this whitelist network we're creating here to give them away.
So, it can be roughly 50 games per 1-2 weeks shared among the whitelist network participants only.
It's not hard to see the benefits from here if everyone who are part of this network will do at least this much and self-maintain the rules.
And of course this is not the limit of this idea.
There may be other sources where you can get steam games.
There are other, not part of the network gifters who may choose to boost this network out of plain good will.
Etc, etc.
I hope this explanation has somewhat clarified that this idea does not rely only on me to be a success. ^^)
Frankly it would be nice if SG integrated this idea into the system but for now we got what we got.
