Look in the mirror and say "git gud m8" 125 times. Repeat every hour.

I'm afraid I don't have time to do that but I can explain the main stuff.I started at 4,5k MMR and now I'm at the 4k MMR.
Killing creeps is 80% of the game. Always last hit creeps to get gold, never hit them if the hit won't kill them. Don't push the lane, try to keep it close to your tower so you'll be safe.
Pick your heroes according to your enemies, countering their heroes could grant you an easy win. Do you see a Phantom Lancer and Meepo ? Pick Earthshaker !
Always stick to your lanes rules. If you're mid, your job is to get fast levels and items and get ahead of their mid player. Deny your own creeps, last hit the enemy creeps. If you feel like you're ahead of your mid enemy, go gank somewhere !
DO NOT stick to the item builds you see on guides. Check your enemy heroes and build up accordingly. Do not purchase the same items all the time, those guides are mainly for 2-3k MMR players.
DO NOT pick a hero that you don't know anything about. At least not in ranked games, try heroes on normal games and if you're sure of yourself pick them at ranked ones.
DO NOT play without a support. Warding is %10 of the game, if you don't have a support, pick a support. You need to have some wards all the time, they're one of the most important factors to determine the winning team on laning phase.
DO NOT stay on your lane forever. Check other lanes regularly, if you see an opening go push and get that tower. You'll gain nothing if you stay on lane for 20 minutes while enemies are taking your towers.
DO NOT play on memory. Always check enemy heroes, game condition and lanes before buying an item or learning a skill. Check if your towers are alive and if you'll have to defend them anytime soon. Check enemy heroes' items and towers and build your items accordingly.
If you have any question ask me here, "I picked X, lost to Y but I did everything right" is a good way to question yourself and understand your fault. I can help with that, ask me anything ^^

as a noob, here is some guide that i learn,
. read guides, patch, and map path
. play in vs Bot Mode when try new hero,
. master in a hero, then try to master another one,
. when comes time to play, try play in captain mode
. know what your role in your team, (Carry, Support, Tanker, etc)
. know what this hero does, and what can she do in your team,
. if your team suck, try to not blame, lift them morale up if you can

I know many people already say this
But
For the better good
Don't play dota2 for now
The community is just a lot worser than DotA Allstars
I only enjoy 1 out of 10 match, that's because I'm trying a to be friendly person
The other 9, I did..
They answer me with me with
"Bobo", "SHUT THE F*", an other rude words.. And they play badly too
If you still insist to play, always play 5 man where you know the other 4 are your true friend and fun to play with
You can add me too if you want
I'm from SEA tho :3

Hey,
I really dig this game, sometimes I play good, sometimes I play bad, but I would like to play good every time, and I was hoping that maybe someone would be interested in coaching me a little bit :)
