Just a heads up, RE games are heavily region locked on Fanatical. I believe most if not all of the Resident Evil games are region locked to the regions the person is purchasing from. If you're in NA only people in the USA and Canada can activate them. EU can only activate in EU, South America can only activate in South America etc. I tested these 3 regions and that's the results they showed me.

I just went through some of the Dead Rising and Devil May Cry games and it seems that they are all locked to the region that you purchase them from. So they seem to all be just like the Resident Evil games. So the first thread that you linked that Lilly updated for the Resident Evil games in 2024 seems to be accurate for everything including the Dead Rising and Devil May Cry games, here.
The second thread linked with the Dead Rising and Devil May Cry games seems to be incorrect. I am just going off of the listings on Fanatical though to see what they show. Of course that's not always accurate, but neither is the info on Steamdb as from my understanding a store could have region locks that haven't been updated to Steamdb.
