Well this applies more to your post about destroying things rather than causing bodily harm...usually I don't get mad enough to do anything serious, but arena in WoW pissed me off sometimes (getting stun locked and being totally helpless is so infuriating) most of the times I'd just do an arm sweep and brush everything off my desk onto the floor (lol) or throw a water bottle or whatever was in my hand (nothing expensive at least) at the wall across the room, however one time I got super pissed and totally ripped the shirt I was wearing hulk hogan style (only about a third of the way down). Only thing I can say in my defense is that it was like four or five years ago, but otherwise yeah, that's bad. D:

Who hasn't gotten angry with plenty of games? I've personally never "lost it" and physically damaged my controller/mouse/keyboard. Those things are expensive! I've come close to hurting people though, not as bad :)

I always used to get annoyed when I put my controller down on my lap to use my phone and it ends up slipping off and falling to the floor. I hate gravity and I hate expensive controllers.
