I would recommend something that isn't included in this bundle: Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate.

From this bundle I've only played the 5D one. It's great but quite complicated to get into.

I played Ouroboros King very recently, and I have to say, there are two distinct problems I had with it.

One - variety of pieces and some of them being capable of swapping their abilities make it a very hard game to keep up with turn to turn. I'm not some chess master or anything, but the commonality of me thinking "I did not see that coming" was very concerning. Basically, game is chaotic for a chess game. Some pieces sound better in theory than they play in practice.

Two - game has a single difficulty setting. It's a slider. At 100 setting, enemy AI plays without making mistakes and defensively. Meaning, you have to force your way in by trading pieces, being very good at chess, or being even more patient than the AI - but as a roguelike, it makes each run so much longer and every failure so much more painful. Meanwhile, enemy at 90 setting sometimes makes dumb moves for no reason.
Basically, AI is unfun to play against either way.

Hope you'll have better time with it than I have, but at the very least you can get to play it with lower expectations than mine.

It's nothing special really. Just something I made en passant...

Interesting...
After all, not long after I wrote it, somebody told me
