Just keep adding to the cart until its added, i had to do it 5 times. And for the method of payment I refresh the page 3 times and then it let me place the order. Good luck :)

I managed to get the order in and confirm my e-mail address after about 700 attempts mostly just because I want to know whether they're going to ask for my bank information or my SSN first. Although it didn't ask for a payment method when I checked out so maybe they'll only ask for my first born child.
