He used the /me chat command to change the text color. He wrote that. It was not a message from Steam. No money was sent to you. It was a scam.

Badly scammed, you need to not trade anything and wait for something to show up in the email. Also you cant trade steam wallet.

you should go to steamrep.com and report scammer(there's a button, never done it myself). I don't think you can post any info here, as i think it is not allowed
