Better poll would be:
Abrahamic Religion or Monotheism (Christian, Jewish, Muslim) alphabetic order, people
Polytheism
East-Asian Religion (Toaism, Confucian, etc.)
Indian (Hindi, Sikh, Jain, etc.)
Animist
Atheist
The other problem is that agnostic has a wide range, from "don't know, don't care" to "well, I follow X teachings, but I'm not sure if I believe in it" and everything in between

personally I'm an atheist but I believe everyone has the right to believe in whatever they want and even if I don't agree with somebody's beliefs, so long as they don't involve harming others or themselves, I respect their right to them and hope that they do find some comfort in them
a lot of bad has been done in the name of religions but there has also been a lot of good. and to be fair, for some of the bad religion has been an excuse rather than an actual motivation
that being said, if someone tries to convert me to their beliefs after I politely tell them I'm not interested then I quickly lose respect for them (the person rather than the belief)

it's a tricky one. I'm against it being forced on a child (or anyone for that matter) but people who genuinely believe something are obviously going to educate their children about it. sooner or later though the child becomes old enough to have questions and make their own decisions and how the parents react to that, should the child's belief be different to theirs, is what truly matters. it's a sad fact that there are people who would disown, or even harm, someone they're supposed to love and be responsible for just because of a difference of opinion, though I'm usually fairly confident that such people are by far the minority

I'm interested in the religious beliefs of the community.
Feel free to write about why and what you believe in.(or not)
Here is the GA
Edit: As many of you have pointed out the poll is insufficient, so i recommend to just write a comment with your beliefs .
