if you read the devs description of the game they say its all a satirical view at the perils and habits of smoking, like addiction, anger, and stress. it may be crudely satirical here but I think their intentions are not what you think it is...

Looks more interesting than Rock or Water sims. Seems like, although this is clearly a joke, there is a game of some kind underneath. Not something I'd pay for, but I'd give it a try for free. shrug
