I love scenes like this. I always imagine the guys in that back are going, "Wait, what did he say? Why is he raising his arms? Oh, we're all raising our arms and yelling now. RAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"

Yes it is a great scene - inspiring. Otherwise you're right in the rear rows can not hear what he says, but they know in their hearts. :)
